摘要 针对开关电源产品，从结构和测试两个方面比较了GB 9706.1和GB 4943的异同点。 在产品结构方面着重分析了指示灯，网电源熔断器，爬电距离和电气间隙，变压器的结构及防火外壳的差异。在测试方面，针对GB 9706.1和GB 4943各自应用的环境，分析了在电容放电，泄漏电流，电介质强度及温升测试方面的差异。

Abstract This article provides comparison for switching power supply with regard to
standards GB 9706.1 and GB 4943.It summarizes the differences in aspect of
requirement for construction, testing method and result.In construction part,it lists
different requirements for indicator, mains fuses,clearance and creepage distance,
transformer construction, and fire enclosure.For testing part,it compares different test
methods or requirements for capacitor discharge,leakage current,dielectric strength
test,and heating test based on the intended condition.
