摘 要 EMC实验室的性能是否满足所提的技术要求和设计指标，要靠测试数据验证。简要说明了电波暗室的特点，详细介绍了半电波暗室的主要技术要求及一些暗室建设的注意事项，为提出实用的暗室建造技术要求、实验室的验收要求提供依据。

Abstract Test data should be referenced to verify whether the performance of EMC 
laboratory can meet specified technical requirements and design indexes. In the paper
some characteristics of the anechoic chamber are brief described,detailed introduction 
has been provided for main technical requirements of the semi-anechoic chamber as 
well as some notifications in chamber construction,in order to provide references in 
establishing practical technical requirements of chamber construction and 
acceptance requirements for the laboratory.
