Abstract This article gives the introductions of the reconstructing process of a 3 meter 
semi-anechoic chamber in Beijing Jiaotong University which is designed for EMC-
compatibility measurements. Problems that were encountered are discussed,which 
include improved designs,executive proceedings,solutions, and noticeable issues.
