摘要 介绍了远场区电磁屏蔽材料屏蔽效能同轴测试法的原理背景和测试方法,建立了各种测试方法的等效电路模型,分析了影响测试结果可靠性的主要因素,并对各种测试方法的性能进行了比较。同时指出了同轴测试法在电厚情况下的局限性是限制同轴测试法高频应用的主要原因之一。

Abstract The analytical background and test methods of the far-field coaxial
transmission line approaches for measuring the shielding effectiveness of materials
were introduced. The equivalent circuit models for every coaxial transmission line test
methods were described and the main factors that affect the measurement results
were analyzed. The performance of all the coaxial test methods were compared with
each other. Above all, the failure under the condition of thick sample condition was
pointed out, which is one of the main factors that limit the coaxial transmission line test
methods for high frequency application.
