摘要 从认证产品EMC关键件、系列划分、EMC整改、派生变更到认证产品的工厂检查、市场监督抽查等方面对目前强制性产品认证过程中有关电磁兼容性能保障存在的问题进行分析，提出改进建议。

Abstract During the Compulsory certification work, we found some issues about the 
guarantee of EMC effectiveness. This document will give some reasonable solutions 
from lots of fields, such as Key Component, Assortment of Series, EMC Mend, Derivative
modification and Factory Examination, Market supervising, Certification propagandizing
etc.
