摘要 在电动工具安全检验中，弯折试验的不合格率较高，从生产与试验二个方面分析弯折试验不合格的主要原因，并提出改进建议。

Abstract When having safety  inspection to power-operated tools, the unqualified rate
of cord is high .The paper analyzes the main reason why cords failed the flexing test
through manufacture and  style test ,then gives some reasonable advise for 
improvement
