变频电源对公共电网电磁污染
The Research for the Electromagnetic Pollution Generated from the
AC/DC Power Frequency Converter to the Public Supply System
摘要 按照GB 17799.3—2000,分别在某变频电源输出端空载及输出端接不同负载的情况下,测试了其电源端传导骚扰电压和注入到公共电网的谐波。测试结果表明,其谐波和骚扰电压值严重超出国家标准的限值规定,从而给公共电网带来严重污染。因此,用户在选择电源设备时,除关注其输出端的性能外,还必须关注其是否符合国家标准对此类设备的规定,以保护使用同一电网的其他设备的正常工作。

Abstract This paper introduces the test of the harmonic interfere and conductive
disturbance to the public supply system under the condition of opening output of AC/
DC power frequency converter and of connecting different load to the output of AC/DC
power frequency converter according to the national standard GB17799.3-2000. The
test result and our analysis indicates the values of the harmonic interfere and
conductive disturbance extremely exceed the limits specified by the national standard
that produce relatively great pollution to the public supply system. When power
converter selected, special attention must be drawn to the compliance with national
standards for such kind of equipment except for the output performance, which help to
guarantee the normal operation of other equipment in the same public supply system.
