摘要 静电放电模拟器是电磁兼容抗扰度试验的重要设备之一,其性能优劣直接关系到抗扰度试验结果的一致性。模拟器的性能指标主要有放电电流波形和放电电压。根据GB/T 17626.2—1998,针对KeyTek 公司的MiniZap15CE静电放电模拟器放电电流波形参数校准的不确定度分析方法,详细讨论并给出部分校准结果的不确定度值。

Abstract ESD simulator is one of the important instruments for EMC immunity test. The
performance of the ESD simulator, especially the current discharge waveform and
discharge voltage are important to the consistency of the immunity test. The calibration
for KeyTek MiniZap15CE ESD simulator is in accordance to GB/T17626.2-1998.This
paper will discuss the analyzing method of the uncertainty for the current discharge
waveform calibration in detail, and give part of the calibration uncertainty.
