摘要 从理论与实践，计算与评估多个方面对1GHz以上的辐射信号测量作了论述。对高频测试中的重要测试工具---天线作了独到的分析, 而高频双锥天线（可达18GHz）的出现解决了传统的测试方法中存在的问题。

Abstract Gives incisive analysis in both  theory and practice,calculation and evaluation
Meanwhile, it gives excellent introduction to antennas, which are very important for 
the Radiated Emissions measurement. The invention of high frequency biconical 
antenna(which frequency can be up to 18GHz) solves the problem in traditional test. 
Besides, this article is quite be welcomed in many international EMC Technology 
Conference and workshop.
