Research in EMC Experts System Frame
摘要  针对电磁兼容性知识的特点，使用Visual C++开发了电磁兼容咨询专家系统框架，为解决现阶段电磁兼容知识的普及问题作了有益的尝试。本文对系统功能及实现方法作了充分阐述，为在相关领域进一步研究实用化专家系统提供了借鉴。

Abstract  According to the character of EMC knowledge, using Visual C++, we develop a
consulting expert system in the field of EMC. The system is a beneficial trial to solve 
the population of EMC knowledge. The article clarifies the function and its realization 
methods fully. It can be used as a reference for advanced research for useful system in 
relative field.
