摘要  有关厨房器具安全的最新国际标准和国家标准在“正常工作”的表述上没有差异，但是不同检测机构或认证机构对厨房器具温升试验中正常工作状态和工作时间有不同理解。在这两个问题上，作者认可较宽松的一种理解。

Abstract  On the definition of normal operation in the latest IEC and GB about the 
safety of kitchen machines are same. In the heating test of kitchen machines,different
testing labs have different understandings for normal operation and operating time.
The author thinks the lenient one is more reasonable.
