摘要  介绍了电磁炉的基本工作原理，从人们关注的健康角度出发，以EN 50366:2003为基础，对电磁炉进行了电磁发射测量，对试验结果进行了数据分析，并基于分析结果探讨了目前研究的局限性和进一步研究的方向。

Abstract  Introduce the work principle of induction hobs and hotplates. Start from the 
point of health, base on EN 50366:2003, describe the EMF testing and results from 
testing data. Analyze the case of the EMF investigation at the moment and discussing 
the research further way.
