摘要 探讨了IEC 60335-1：2004（第4版）中第13章和第16章所涉及的泄漏电流测试，分析第13章和第16章所涉及的泄漏电流测试的不同之处，指出两章所涉及的泄漏电流测试在试验目的、测试方法、测试参数等方面的不同。同时，对两组测试在实际中常见的误解进行了澄清。考虑到不同标准之间术语的一致性，建议相关的标准技术委员会在修订标准时将第13章的泄漏电流(leakage current)改称为接触电流(touch current)。

Abstract Analyzed leakage current tests in clause 13 and clause 16 in IEC 60335-1.The
article distinguished the essential difference in leakage current test between these 
two clauses from the viewpoint of purpose, method and parameter.The article clarified
the correct test procedure as well. In order to uniform the terms among different 
standards, it is suggested to rename the term leakage current in clause 13 to touch 
current in next amendment of standard.
