摘要 给出了V型人工电源网络规范中对阻抗模值和相角修改的内容,并对人工电源网络使用频率范围中的低频、中频和高频增加相角规范内容的原理进行了详细的分析。对6种不同人工电源网络的相角进行了测量，测量的结果表明文中对人工电源网络增加相角原理的分析是正确的。同时分析认为对于大电流的人工电源网络在使用的高频段规定相角是值得商榷的。
