摘要  主要从GOST R认证管理机构、认证法规、认证程序及认证范围等方面介绍电子产品出口俄罗斯的相关要求,重点介绍了《产品和服务认证法》和N 184-Φ3《技术调节法》，以及GOST R认证标志和要求。同时给出了部分GOST R认证中的电磁兼容测试标准,以供EMC测试人员及生产企业参考。

Abstract  Describe relative requirements of GOST R marking for electronic products,
including authorized organizations of GOST R, authorization rules , authorization 
procedures and authorization area, especially describe N184-Φ3 technical regulating .
Give some EMC standards in Russia for EMC measurement engineers and 
manufacturers.
