On Evaluation of Human Exposure to Portable Handset
摘要 介绍目前国内外对手机电磁辐射评估研究的进展；以及国际上对手机电磁辐射限值（SAR）的要求；并简要分析了SAR评估方法。

Abstract  The development about the evaluation of human exposure to portable 
handset is described in this paper. The international electromagnetic radiation limits to 
portable handset are concluded. Finally, the SAS evaluation method is concisely 
introduced.
