防冰控制系统电磁兼容性研究
EMC Research for Anti-freezing Control System
摘要 通过大功率防冰控制系统方案设计阶段电磁兼容性研究证明了采用变占空比的控制技术可消除系统谐波干扰和直流成分,采用分组均流控制技术可显著减小系统启动或切换对供电电网的冲击。说明了将电磁兼容性要求作为系统方案设计的重要约束条件,优化系统方案设计,采用固有电磁兼容性较高的工作机理和系统结构,并在此基础之上强化屏蔽、滤波与接地技术措施,能以较小的代价实现较高的产品电磁兼容性。

Abstract Though researching of the EMC for anti-freezing control system in the plan-
designing about large power ,this paper testifies that the part of harmonics and direct
current could be eliminated by the control strategy about variable duty cycle ,and the
impact of electrical grid when the system starts or switches could be obviously
decreased by the method of grouping and current-sharing .The research work of this
thesis also illustrates that making the requirement on EMC to be an important and
boundary condition ,optimizing the plan-designing system ,adopting the work
mechanization and systemic composition about higher performance of EMC ,and
strengthening the technical methods of shielding ,filtering and earthing at the former
foundation ,it would enforce the products’ performance by lowering cost .
