PCB上两平行微带线的串扰分析
Crosstalk Analysis between two Parallel Micro-strip Lines on PCB
摘要 串扰是印制电路板信号完整性设计中的一个重要课题。文中采用基于有限元法(FEM)的电磁仿真软件,从电磁场的角度,研究分析了PCB上两平行微带线在不同的频率、并行长度、相隔距离、参考层高度情况下的串扰问题,根据仿真结果,总结了串扰强度随微带线的并行长度、相隔距离、离参考层的高度而变化的一般性规律,提出了抑制串扰的PCB设计方法。

Abstract Crosstalk is an important issue in PCB design. In this paper the crosstalk
between two parallel micro-strip lines on PCB was studied particularly using the
electromagnetic simulation software which is based on the finite element method(FEM)
Results were obtained on relations of crosstalk response to signal frequency, distance
between two micro-strip lines, length of the parallel lines and height to ground.In term
of the simulation results, some rules of crosstalk were deserved, and some solution
techniques suppressing crosstalk were brought forward, which are very beneficial to
PCB designers.
