摘要 介绍ITU-T SG5在2007年5月北京全会上的技术交流和讨论情况。包含了WP1和WP2工作组内各个研究课题的技术讨论，以及新建议的要求。涉及通信领域的EMC、安全、雷击防护和电磁辐射，以及与电力电气化铁路之间的干扰影响等。

Abstract  this article introduce the main technical method and discussion result during 
the meeting of ITU-T SG5 in May of 2007. it include all the questions belong to the
Working Group1 and 2. it is concerned about the EMC, safety, lightning protection and 
EMF etc. It also give some information about the interference between telecom and 
Power or railway installation.
