摘要  结合近年来强制性产品认证的法规体系建立和监管工作的实施，对强制性产品认证的监管体系进行了深入研究和阐述，对强制性产品认证监管的框架、内容以及行政执法工作进行了说明。

Abstract   Combined with establishment of laws system and conducting Supervision 
working of China Compulsory Product Certification (abbreviation as CCC) in the near 
several years,this paper Studies the Supervision System of China Compulsory Product 
Certification and expatiates deeply the Supervision system.The frame and key content
of Compulsory Product Certification supervision and administrative executing the law
of CCC are also described in this paper.
