摘要 国际电工委员会（IEC）颁布了针对IEC 61000-4-4 ed. 2的勘误表2，目的在于阐明进行电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度测试的相关技术。然而，勘误表2没有考虑到在CDN输出端口全部短路的情况下所产生的一些技术问题，也没有明确给出判断测试有效与否的具体标准，从而有可能在校准实验室以及实际测试工作中引起一些误解和问题，无法保证测试结果的有效性。分析了勘误表中2给出的测试技术所存在的问题，并提出相应的解决办法。

Abstract  The International Electro technical Committee (IEC) has issued a corrigendum
to IEC 61000-4-4 to explain testing and measurement techniques  of electrical fast
transient/burst Immunity testing. However, neither the technical problems due to the
short circuit across the output of a CDN nor the basis to determine if the testing result
is valid are considered in Corrigendum 2. Therefore misunderstanding and problems
will be caused in calibration labs and real testing processes, thus bring out uncertain
testing results. The above problems and solutions are specified in this article.
