镀镍碳纤维/ABS填充型复合材料电磁屏蔽特性研究
Study on Electromagnetic Shielding Properties of Nickel-coated
Carbon Fibers Filled ABS Composites
摘要 采用热压工艺制备了镀镍碳纤维填充(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯) 共聚物(ABS) 复合材料,研究了纤维长度及含量对复合材料电磁屏蔽特性的影响。结果表明,采用连续化电镀装置制得的镀镍碳纤维镀层均匀、连续, 且厚度可调;碳纤维长度以2~4 mm为宜,随着碳纤维用量的增加,复合材料的电磁屏蔽效能提高,当纤维质量分数为20﹪时,镀镍碳纤维填充型ABS复合材料在0.03~1.2 GHz频率范围内的屏蔽效能均在83 dB以上。

Abstract ABS composites filled with nickel-coated carbon fibers were prepared by heat
compression molding method, and the effects of fiber length and content on their
electromagnetic shielding properties were analyzed.The results showed that the nickel
coating on carbon fibers was even and intact,and some grooves were observed on the
coating in axis direction of fibers.The fiber length of 2-4 mm was appropriate from the
point of view of preparation technique. The electromagnetic shielding properties of the
ABS rein filled nickel-coated carbon fibers with the same fiber length were increased
with fiber weight content increasing,and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of
the composites with fiber weight content of 20% was even higher than 83 dB.
