四针状氧化锌晶须改性研究及其应用

摘要 四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)是目前所知的唯一具有独特三维立体结构的晶须,具有高强度、高模量、高熔点,在作为复合材料增强体时,很容易用它实现材料各向同性分布。该晶须的制备方法有多种,其制备技术的关键是要严格控制锌的氧化速度。在应用中,通常要对四针状氧化锌晶须进行不同目的的改性,介绍了四针状氧化锌晶须的改性研究进展和应用前景。

Abstract Tetra-pod ZnO whisker (T-ZnOw) is the only whisker that has been known to
have a highly uniform 3-dimensional microstructure; it has high strength, high Young’s
modulus, and high melting point, moreover, it’s easy for T-ZnOw to realize the isotropy
when it's used as a reinforced material in composite.T-ZnOw can be prepared by many
methods, and the key technology of the preparations is to strictly control the oxidation
speed of zinc. As T-ZnOw usually has to be modified for various purposes before its
application, this paper mainly introduced its modification development.
