电磁屏蔽视窗的特点及应用

摘要 电磁屏蔽视窗是抑制计算机和电子设备信号泄漏及提高其电磁兼容性能的首选窗口屏蔽材料,屏蔽视窗产品涉及光学、电学、金属材料、化工、玻璃及玻璃深加工、机械等诸多领域。根据用户的具体需要,目前国内电磁屏蔽视窗的种类已有数十种,可分为电磁屏蔽玻璃、有机屏蔽视窗、超薄柔性屏蔽膜等三大系列。介绍了电磁屏蔽视窗的分类和特点,指出了屏蔽玻璃的制作与实际应用原则及检验标准等,并展望了屏蔽视窗的发展前景。

Abstract The electromagnetic shielding window is preferred shielding materials to
inhibit signal leakage and to improve EMC performance for PC or other electronic
instruments. Window shielding technique involves many aspects, such as optics,
electrics,metal materials,chemicals,glass and sufficient processing for glass,machinery
and so on. According to the specific needs of users, there are dozens kinds of
electromagnetic shielding window currently, which can be divided into three series of
samples-electromagnetic shielding glass, organic shielding windows and thin flexible
shielding membrane. This paper introduces characteristics and classification of
electromagnetic shielding window and indicates what principle and standard should
abide by, finally shows the prospects of electromagnetic shielding window.
