摘要  耐久试验是检验电动工具在持续的正常使用中，不至于发生会有损于符合标准要求的电气或机械故障的关键试验。它是电动工具性能的重要指标之一，对电动工具耐久试验过程的影响因素进行了分析，总结了电动工具耐久试验不合格原因。

Abstract Durability test is to examine the performances of a power-operated tool when
it is used normally and incessantly while mechanical or electric fault which is not in line
with standard requirements dose not occur. It is one of the important performance
indexes of power-operated tools. Basing on our work practice, we analyze the factors 
that influence the process of power-operated tool durability test, conclude the reasons
for disqualification of power-operated tools in durability test, and propose attentions 
on the produce and test process of power-operated tools.
