锂离子电池高G值冲击安全测试技术
High G Impact Safety Test Technology of Lithium-ion Battery
摘要 针对锂离子电池带来的安全问题,讨论了锂离子电池的工作原理、充放电特性;结合某型号便携设备用锂离子电池分析了高G值冲击过程对电池的损害,研究了锂离子电池高G值冲击安全测试技术。

Abstract With the widely used of Lithium-ion battery,many safety problems are brought
as well. The principle and charge/discharge characteristic of Lithium-ion battery are
discussed. Taking a special Lithium-ion battery for a certain type PDA as example, the
damage by high G impact for Lithium-ion battery is analyzed, and the Lithium-ion
battery high G impact safety test technology is put forward.
