Abstract This paper summarized some frequently asked questions about iNARTE 
ESD/EMC engineer or technician certification program in China since SAFETY & EMC 
introduced the NARTE certification in the first issue of 2007 and the first ESD Engineer 
Examination was held in Beijing on December15, 2007.
