摘要  根据GB 9254—200X报批稿编写而成。该报批稿等同采用CISPR 22：2006第5.2版。GB 9254—200X是对GB 9254—1998的修订。重点对修订后标准的变化内容进行了介绍，给出了新旧版本的差异，并对标准制订过程中发现的一些问题及CISPR 22：2006第5.2版中的一些编辑性错误或不妥进行了说明。

Abstract  This paper is based on the final draft of GB 9254—200X. This draft is identical 
to CISPR 22:2006 Ed.5.2. GB 9254—200X is the revision version of GB 9254—1998. This
paper describes the changes of the future standard, and the difference between new
and old standards.It also explains some issues found in the preparation process and
the editorial errors or inappropriate content of CISPR 22:2006 Ed.5.2.
