摘要  介绍了美国ANSI C63.022：2004所规定的技术要求，包括传导骚扰测量和辐射骚扰测量的基本方法和测量步骤，尤其针对这两项测试中采用自动测量软件时，如何保证测量的准确度，减小软件造成的误差提出了要求，并进行了相关的技术分析。

Abstract  This article introduces the ANSI C63.22：2004 in American. It includes the 
measurement method and procedures for EMI(includes the conducted emission and 
radiated emission).It describes how to ensure the certainty of the measurements and
how to reduce the error especially using the software to perform automatic 
measurements。
