摘要  介绍了ITU-T SG5 2008年度第一次全会情况， 这次会议是SG5 2004～2008研究周期内的最后一次会议，有12篇临时文档被全会批准进入AAP程序。阐述了各项课题的研究情况，并说明了其在2008～2012研究周期内的研究计划。

Abstract  This paper presents the new research progress of ITU-T SG5, it outlines the 
summary of the first plenary meeting in 2008, this is the last meeting of the study 
period of 2004～2008, so 12 temporary documents  are approved for the AAP 
procedure. This paper focuses on the latest progress of each subject, also gives out 
the research plan in the next study period.
