摘要  根据平板显示类设备的工作原理、使用条件、工厂检查中有关检验项目的确认和目前企业发展的现状，对此类产品节能认证的依据标准、实施规则和法律地位等若干问题提出了改进建议。

Abstract Based on work principles and service conditions of the flat display equipments
onlooking test affirmed in the factory examination and the factory development 
status,this thesis makes some suggestions on the standard of type test,implement
