纳米铁掺杂先驱体转化SiC多孔陶瓷的电磁吸波性能研究
Study on the Electromagnetic Properties of SiC Porous Ceramic
Fabricated by Precursor Pyrolysis
摘要 先驱体转化法中,由于材料的分子可设计、成型方便、低温裂解转化为陶瓷的特点,在陶瓷材料的制备中表现出极大的优势。文中运用功率超声将平均粒径30nm的超细金属铁粉均匀分散到聚碳硅烷中,通过先驱体转化工艺制备了一种多孔介电陶瓷。采用SEM分析了陶瓷的微观形貌和XRD研究了陶瓷中铁元素的存在状态;表征了陶瓷材料的电磁吸波性能,并考察了纳米铁粉含量对材料电磁性能的影响。

Abstract Manufacturing of ceramic materials from preceramic polymers has recently
obtained particular interest. Tailoring of molecular structure and composition of the
appropriate starting compounds, low fabrication temperatures and versatile plastic
shaping technologies favor the polymer route for the fabrication of ceramics. In this
paper, nano-ferrum particle, average 30 nm in diameter,was dispersed into
polycarbosilane (PCS) homogeneously by ultra-sonic method, then porous Si-C-Fe
ceramic was obtained by precursor pyrolysis. The microstructure of the ceramic was
observed by SEM and the form of nano-ferrum particle in ceramic was studied by X-ray
diffraction analysis.The electromagnetic properties of the porous ceramic were
characterized and the effects of nano-ferrum particle content on the electromagnetic
properties were studied.
