摘要 首先分析了归一化场地衰减法用于场地确认的缺点。为了克服这些缺点，CISPR引入了新的场地确认方法－－参考场地法（作为归一化场地衰减法的替换方法）。给出了参考场地法的原理和分析了其用于场地确认的优点。

Abstract  This paper first analyzes the disadvantages of the normalized site attenuation
method for the site validation. In order to overcome the disadvantages, CISPR 
introduces the new method of site validation-reference site method（an alternative
method of site to the normalized site attenuation method）,This paper provides the 
rationale of reference site method and analyzes the advantages for the site validation.
