摘要 分析了用现行测量方法和测量仪器测量插头间剩余电压时产生的误差，提出了一种符合GB 4706.1-2005要求的、可实现低测量误差的剩余电压测量方法，并给出了数组理论与测量值的比对验证数据。

Abstract This paper analyzes the measurement error of residual voltage between pins 
on plug by using current method,and proposes a measurement method with lower error
conforming to the requirements in GB4706.1—2005. Finally, the sets of data of 
comparison and verification between theory and measurement are shown.
