La0.8Sr0.2Mn0.98-xFexNi0.02O3吸波性能研究
摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La0.8Sr0.2Mn0.98-xFexNi0.02O3(x=0.08,0.10,0.12,0.14)粉晶,用矢量网络分析仪测量了样品在2~18 GHz频段内的微波吸收特性曲线。研究结果表明,样品都有一个吸收峰,峰高及位置随x不同而异。其中,x=0.10,厚度1.80 mm,吸收峰高达23 dB,在2~18 GHz频段吸收带宽6 GHz(>10 dB)。掺杂Mn位,可以改变材料的电磁参数,改善材料的微波吸收性能。

Abstract La0.8Sr0.2Mn0.98-xFexNi0.02O3(x=0.08,0.10,0.12,0.14)samples were
synthesized by sol-gel process,and crystal structure were characterized by XRD.The
complex permittivity and permeability were determined by microwave vector network
analyzer in the frequency range of 2~18 GHz.The result shows:there is one peak of
the sample,and the peaks′places are different due to x.When thickness of samples
are 1.80 mm and 2.00 mm,x=0.10,samples effective band widths(>10 dB) are more
than 6 GHz. Thereinto,when thickness is 1.80 mm,the absorbing peak is up to 23 dB,
effective band width is in frequency of 12~18 GHz(Ku band of microwave),which
suggest the sample is a choiceness microwave absorbing material.
