摘要  在分析军用装备电磁兼容性管理控制要求和美军标MIL-HDBK-237的基础上，系统地提出了工程电磁兼容性试验与评估管理控制工作的内容、方法和程序，解决了大型复杂工程电磁兼容性试验与评估工作如何入手、如何开展的关键问题，并给出了实际工程应用中的重点，为工程研制提供参考。

Abstract  On the basis of analysis of management and control requirements of 
electromagnetic compatibility for military equipments and MIL-HDBK -237 standards,this
paper puts forward the management and control method of test and evaluation for
engineering electromagnetic compatibility， then the critical problems about beginning
with the test and developing evaluation could be solved. This paper introduces the key
problems solved in engineering application for engineering development as well.
