摘要  介绍了日本《电器用品安全法》的修订情况及增加的对锂离子电池的有关内容的规定；分析了该法令中针对锂离子电池的技术标准和技术要求，特别讨论了JIS C8714中规定的“强制内部短路”等测试。

Abstract  The revise of Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law in Japan and the 
regulation for lithium-ion battery in this law’s revision are introduced. The standards 
and requirements for lithium-ion battery are analyzed as well. Especially the procedure 
such as the Forced Internal Short Circuit Test in JIS C8714 which is referred in this 
law is discussed.
