摘要  对欧盟汽车产品型式批准制度的主要内容、国际影响力、获取批准的流程和今后的发展情况做了较详细的阐述，并介绍了欧盟议会及理事会最新发布的 “关于机动车辆一般安全性的型式批准要求”的基本要点和COM(2008)316提案。
