摘要  介绍了NEBS认证对设备AC电力线失效的要求，其中包括对安装在不同使用场所（室内、室外、用户场所和非用户场所等）设备的要求、对有或没有额外过压、过流保护装置设备的要求。在这些要求中又分为两个等级，不同的等级要求的测试电压、电流都不相同。AC电力线失效主要包括电力线感应和电力线接触两项要求，其中电力线感应是电力线路或电气化铁道系统对相邻通信线路的电磁干扰，电力线接触是电力线与通信线路的直接接触。

Abstract  In this article, AC power fault ,which includes power contact and power 
induction,are introduced。The power induction is the electromagnetic interference as 
a result of induction of power line near the equipment, and the power contact is the 
interference as a result of indirection contact between power line and communication 
line. First-level AC power fault tests and second-level AC power fault tests for 
equipment to be located at difference areas are described。
