摘要  日本的VCCI是关于IT类产品EMC方面的认证制度，也是目前国际标识认证中较为完善的一项认证制度，其中有很多认证要求和方法是值得我们借鉴和学习。针对VCCI会员制度、会员费用、标识要求、技术规范、EUT测试环境、市场抽样检测规则等方面进行详细介绍。

Abstract  VCCI in Japan is a perfect EMC product certification scheme on IT aspect all 
over the world. We can learn some useful requirements and methods from this 
certification. This paper demonstrates more details to introduce VCCI from six aspects,
such as: membership, Admission & Annual membership fee, marking, technical criterion,
EUT testing circumstance and rule for market sampling tests.
