RJ45接口浪涌保护器的设计
The Design on Signal SPD for RJ45 Interface
摘要 针对RJ45接口的精密电子设备耐压低的弱点,结合对接口设备电性能的试验分析,提出了RJ45接口浪涌保护器(SPD)的设计方案,并验证了设计思路的正确性。试验发现,使用整流桥和TVS的组合用于保护耐压低的精密仪器并不理想,总结了原因并给出了几条选用TVS的技术要点;最后,探讨了PCB制线和通流的关系。

Abstract Specific to the weakness of low pressurization in precise electronic
instruments with RJ45 interfaces,a design project of SPD for RJ45 interface is proposed
which is based on a multitude of experiments and analysis on related equipments'
electrical property. In addition, the correctness of the design is proved by its retrial.
Simultaneity, the difficulty of designing SPD is deeply discussed as well. In virtue of
experiments, the bridge rectifier combining with TVS used in precise instruments with
low withstand voltage is unsatisfied.The article summarizes the reasons and provides
several tips and notes while selecting TVS. Finally,the article approaches the
relationship between PCB and current flowing.
