摘要  介绍了JEITA/BAJ《笔记本电脑用锂离子电池安全使用指南》的电芯安全设计、电池组安全设计及安全试验和判定标准三个部分；最后讨论了以该《指南》为基础提出的日本国家标准JIS C8714、日本《电器用品安全法》规定的PSE认证，以及日本提交的IEC 62133修订草案等。

Abstract  The three chapters of JEITA/BAJ Notebook PC Battery Safety Guide including 
design considerations on secondary Li-Ion cells, design considerations on Li-Ion 
batteries, tests and criteria, are introduced. And the subsequent events which are 
based on or relevant to the Guides, such as the Japanese national standard JIS C871
4, the Japanese DENAN Law, the PSE certification and the IEC 62133 revision draft, are 
discussed.
