摘要  依据GB 4943-2001《信息技术设备的安全》中对电池的要求，选取了较为典型的可充电式锂离子电池进行详细介绍，分析了具体的锂离子电池充放电控制电路的安全测试方法，为锂离子电池的测试提供了参考。

Abstract  Based on GB 4943-2001, the paper chooses the typical Li-Ion battery to 
introduce and analyze the methods of the Li-Ion battery charging and discharging 
circuit safety testing. Finally, the example of safety testing for Li-Ion battery charging 
circuit is provided.
