摘要  欧盟的汽车技术指令是欧盟对汽车产品实施统一的市场准入管理的技术基础，介绍并分析了欧盟汽车技术指令的特点、体系构成和今后的发展，为企业了解欧盟及国际上其他地区市场的准入要求提供参考。

Abstract  The European Union automotive technical directives are technical basis for EU
unified auto products market access admini-stration. This article makes a detailed 
introduction and analysis on the characteristics, system construction and future 
development, with an aim of providing Chinese enterprises with guideline on auto 
market access requirements in EU and other countries.
