摘要  NEBS认证规定了设备正常运行、安装和维修等状态下的静电放电抗扰度测试。介绍了待认证设备在三种状态下的静电放电电压、测试点的选取及测试方法。如果待认证设备是静电敏感设备，NEBS认证还有一些特殊的附加要求。通过对NEBS认证与CE认证差别的比较分析，为企业的产品认证提供帮助。

Abstract  Electrostatic discharge(ESD) immunity criteria are presented for normal 
equipment operation and for installation and maintenance. This thesis describes the 
electrostatic discharge voltage, the choice of testing points and testing method for 
equipment under three testing conditions. If equipment is static sensitive to ESD, it 
should have ESD labeling in the front and additional requirements. By means of 
comparisons on NEBS and CE authentication, sensible understanding of the gap 
between out products and the demands of NEBS authentication will be achieved.
