Abstract  There are many detail requests about product energy levels in information 
technology equipment standard（UL 60950-1）. Limited power and Non-hazardous 
energy are mentioned in the standard.The definitions，benefits for each one，and how
to identify them are discussed in the article in order to help everyone understand well.
