摘要  解读和分析GB/T 17626.4电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度试验标准新旧版本内容的主要差异，阐释标准变化的原因。特别强调标准实施需注意的事项，并针对试验操作的重要过程给出指导性建议。

Abstract  and latest versions of GB/T 17626.4 are mainly interpreted and analyzed.The
reason for changing is also proposed. Meanwhile, how to apply EFT test in practice and
