摘要  针对墨西哥的电气安全认证NOM，介绍了认证标志、适用范围、认证模式、认证程序、所需文件等，并对7种认证模式中的M1和M2模式、电气产品主要标准、12份认证需提交的文件进行了较为详尽的介绍。

Abstract  This article introduces the electrical product safety certification in Mexico, NOM
as aspects of the certification marks, applicable condition, certification mode, 
certification procedure, required documents and etc. M1 and M2 certification modes, 
principal standards for compliance test, and twelve required documents are described 
in detail.
