摘要  按照GB 9254—2008，电信端口传导共模骚扰测试反映的是信息技术设备（ITE）通过电信端口向通信网络反向注入的传导场强。基于实测数据，重点讨论了两个影响因素：阻抗稳定网络（ISN），以及待测设备与辅助设备之间的传输数据包格式。测试是按照标准要求进行的，而结果的差异会破坏标准执行的一致性。

Abstract  According to GB 9254—2008, common mode disturbance test of 
telecommunication port is to measure the conducted electrical field of ITE transmitted 
into network. This paper analyzes different test results in accordance with GB 9254—
2008. Emphasis is laid on ISN and package in network transferring.Different ISNs,
with different LCLs and voltage division ratios, and different data packages will create
different results. All the test set-up is in scope of the standard,while the result
deviation will spoil the consistency of implementation.
