摘要  介绍了通用手机充电器标准YD/T 1591—2006在连接结构、USB接口和充电方式上的创新设计；详述了充电器和手机的电气特性要求，以及手机与电脑连接的充电设计；最后对手机节能设计和传导性电磁干扰的限制性技术要求进行了总结。

Abstract  The innovation of mobile phone charger specified by YD/T 1591—2006,such as
connecting structure,USB interface and charging mode,is introduced.The requirements
of mobile phone charger and mobile phone electric characteristics are described in 
detail together with the design of charging by PC. Finally, the design of energy saving 
and technique of preventing conducted interference are concluded.
